ISO 9001:2000 quality certificate
The company has been certified as ISO 9001 compliant since April 2, 2002, and is the first Basque-language cultural service provider to obtain this accreditation and approval for two activities: 1. Translation services
2. Preparation of reports and projects

Data protection
In 2009 the company took steps to protect the data to which it has access in the course of its service provision activities, pursuant to the Basic Data Protection Act (Act 15/1999).
